What makes you laugh? Kids doing silly things does it for me. Watching children express themselves has been some of the lighter moments in my life! How important is laughter to a positive attitude? My sister Mary makes me laugh.I have a clap-on light in my bedroom,and when I talk to mary at night,she makes me laugh so hard the clap-on light goes off and on the whole time we talk.It is triggered by my laughter!

Smiling and laughing helps a lot. Sometimes I call it "fake it until I make it". The smiling and laughing helps me get there faster. I love the deep belly laugh though. I think that is the best kind of laughter there is in the world.
