Tian Di Bamboo Massage goes beyond the physical experience and touches the spirit of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. In Chinese philosophy, natural phenomena can be classified into these five elements.
You will learn the use of bamboo as instruments to do a complete bodywork session, the use different sizes and cuts of bamboo sticks (Cho sticks) as an extension of your hands, forearms and elbows therefore saving your hands and wrists. In addition to learning how to use bamboo to do the treatments you will learn the basics of Chinese cupping and Gua Sha.

Gua Sha, Gua meaning to scrape or extract and Sha, meaning sand or toxins. It is a traditional ancient Chinese healing technique that dates back over two thousand years.
