Will the next big McMassage thing be labelled "Made in China"?

A new spa concept has taken hold of Silicon Valley's recession-weary pods. "Happy Feet" are springing up like mushrooms all over the place. One right next to my house. How convenient!

These chinese-run and staffed airport lounge "spas" seem to be thriving. For $25 you get a one hour treatment consisting of: warm foot soak while you get a scalp, neck, shoulder, and face massage, followed by a foot massage, topped off by a fully-clothed full-body pummel-down.

I had one. It was kind of nice, for the price.

Would I go back? Only if it was my last massage day on earth and I had $25 left to my name.

First manufacturing went east, now services.

Only in California.
I live in south Jersey near the casinos. There are a hundred places to get a massage in this area, including the shopping mall and on the boardwalks down at the shore. I haven't had the desire to go to them, but I am happy to see people going to these places because at least they are willing to give massage a try. While so many people consider massage a luxury only to be indulged in on a cruise or a trip to the Bahamas, an affordable alternative makes them more likely to fit massage into their lives on a regular basis.
lol I wish it were so :)

Improved access to alt health for the masses is a good view to hold.
Best regards,

All I can say is nothing like this in Pensacola, FL at the moment. All folks who work as a massage therapist in the state of Florida have to be NCBTMB cerified and State Licensed.
