Need help at a sports event April 27, in Minneapolis, MN

I coordinate the volunteer sports massage services for the Get In Gear 5k/10k/Half Marathon, one of the biggest and best-run running events in the Twin Cities. We have a great setup for providing sports massage to race participants, where we help them recover and show them the value of sports massage.

It's a great opportunity to get hands-on practice at a premier event that has around 9,000 participants, network with colleagues, and promote what you do. We have a good time with each other and our happy runners. Our past volunteers usually return to do it again!

Before the runners arrive, I provide a quick review of sports massage for immediate post-event recovery for those who haven't done this sort of event for a while. You will also receive volunteer goodies.
