I had the pleasure of attending a workshop with Gail Stewart on Saturday. It was so much fun, and so profoundly moving. Not only was Gail there, but I also counted 9 other people who studied directly with Milton Trager. By the end of the day, the air was thick with Trager soup, and I experienced HookUp in a way I haven't before. My favorite part of the day, though, was the moment when I felt my brain move aside so that I could directly experience my body's wisdom. It was a day that I will never forget. I just wanted to share this experience with other Trager people, because I knew you would understand and appreciate what I'm saying.

Hello. I'm new to this group. I'll be taking the Level III training in early 2011. After more than 20 years as an LMP, I'm continually astounded at the newness that my Trager Mentastics training is bringing to my work and to my experience of being in a body.

I have a specific discussion I'd like to introduce. I've devoted 4 of my practice sessions so far to my sister-in-law who is living with Parkinson's. I've done one tutorial specifically aimed at how to modify the approach for her. I'd love to talk with others who have used the Trager Approach with Parkinson's. Thanks.
