Insurance Billing

Any VA CMTs here currently billing insurance? I want to start, but first I have questions, mostly about things that would be specific to the state. I have a copy of Diana Thompson's very informative book Hands Heal, which is a great reference in general, but there are so many things that vary fromstate to state that I really need to find a practitioner located here who would be willing to answer questions and give advice.
