Enrich your prone/supine massage with non pressure side position, and Enhance your repertoire of neck techniques. Core Alignment Technique (CAT) is a unique passive movement style of bodywork inspired by a Feldenkrais exercise, Shiatsu/Thai stretches and Energy Work. It is an effective hands-on technique that does not tax your joints. This technique uses slow, repetitive, range-of-motion type movement and stretches.
