It has been a couple of years since I have returned but I yearn to see the mountains again.  I would like to invite you all to join me for another fun and practice changing weekend of the Anatomy Trains for Manual Therapists.

It will be on Friday - Sunday July 13-15, 2012 at the Sunrise Ranch in Loveland (1.5 hours north-west of Denver).  This is a beautiful, all inclusive retreat center just outside of Estes Park, providing several different options for housing with 3 meals a day and snacks included.  Registration is $325 before June 1st, and $395 after.  The course runs from 9-5pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and offers 21 NCBTMB CEUs.  Registration can be done by mail or by Google Checkout which will let you register online with a credit card (I can email you an invoice or a mailing address).

We are having a Raindrop Technique class in Dallas Texas on April 22.  Noon till 7.  6 hours of class, and one for a break. 6 CE hours.

Raindrop Technique is an intensive use of therapeutic quality essential oils on the feet and the back using hand techniques originating from Tibet and Native America.  Learn a little about essential oils and about how to do this technique that had had profound benefits for so many.

kendra, there are a lot of online institutions and providers that offer affordable classes for the purpose of obtaining ceus for license renewal and personal advancement. try browsing these few: www.massagetherapyceu.com, any national organization, such as NCTMB, ABMP, AMTA they all offer classes. For hands on experience, that is a little more challenging. And dont forget the World Massage Conference Online. Good luck.

I live & work in Fresno and need 30 CE's in next 8 months through CAMTC (California MT Council) - because of my location, I'm looking for online course work and am zeroeing in on the Art Riggs Deep Tissue and the Erik Dalton - Myofascial courses. Looking to getting back into massage after moving again., this time to Orange County, CA. Working on getting licensed and was curious about new techniques.  Last one was a cupping class and will look forward to taking more CEU's, hopefully in this area. Noticed CA doesn't require CEU to maintain license but does for national certification. I graduated in 1994 and was nationally licensed then. Is it worth it to go national? I looked at the web site and it seems so daunting and overwhelming as I am so totally rusty.
