    Hi Everyone, I work at a Chiropractor office.  If I rent space there do I need a business licence to start there?  This will be my own business?  Can I use my ABMP website with my name? Or do I have to apply for a EIN for and file with my state to say I am a business there at that address?

    I hope everyone is enjoying this warmer weather. 

    My name is Dr. Marcus Alvarado, and I am a Chiropractor who practices in Highland, Illinois. I have two large rooms which I would like to have massage therapists utilize. I have practiced with massage therapists in the past, and have seen how harmonious the two work together, and how happy the patients are.

    I'm looking for someone amicable with strong communication skills. There would be no rent payment.
