The advanced one is side lying position and alignment work. It's great too, but will make more sense if you take the weekend long class first. I hope you can join.

I teach a weekend workshop in October that covers the whole body. It's great because you also get to receive a lot of bodywork. Basically the class is designed to teach massage therapists how to use their forearms so they can save the wear and tear on their hands. I also start the class with Chi Gong exercises for better body mechanics while working. In addition I'm teaching a one day advance forearm workshop in Nov.
