Hi all.....I am trying to start a mobile massage business, but was wondering if it's ok (or legal) to target/advertise "only females and couples". I am sort of skeptical about going into homes of people I don't know, and I thought this would at least give me a little comfort. Please let me know your thoughts.

How can I help you? From you note I see you're doing mobile massage. It is not legal in the city of Alpharetta to do in-home-(very archaic) And you cannot get a business license here for massage either!. You'll have to check with each individual city for their ordiance for in-home massage. I did mobile for a while between office space and it was fine for me. I prefer having an office! Very tough lugging everything around! You'll always have to prescreen the males before going to their home or even in office. Unfortunate but seems to be a problem here and not so much in other areas of the country.
