The Stowe Weekend of Hope, through a partnership of Vermont's medical community and Stowe’s hospitality businesses, offers a healthy, inspirational retreat weekend for cancer survivors and their families.

I am looking for volunteer massage therapists to provide massage to cancer survivors during the Stowe Weekend of Hope event in Stowe, Vermont. 

We will be providing free 15-minute chair and table massages on Saturday April 30th between 10 - 4  (either morning or afternoon shift) as well as one morning shift on Sunday May 1st ( 8:30 - 11:30)

I would like participants to be able to work one shift on Saturday as well as the morning shift on Sunday. Accommodation will be available from Friday through Sunday in a house off-site. There will not be space available for extra guests and there is a possibility that we will share rooms depending on the layout of the house. 

If you are within easy driving distance and can volunteer without staying overnight, we would LOVE to have you participate and would appreciate your help for as much time as you can offer!

There are many people who would like to receive massage and we'd like to make sure they all get some healing touch!

This is a volunteer event with no compensation.

This is a very rewarding and fulfilling weekend! The people receiving massage will be among your most grateful and thankful clients! 

The massage therapists were very well received last year and every slot was booked up almost immediately.

If you're looking to practice skills you've learned recently, this is a super place to brush up. 

Vermont is beautiful this time of year and you'll have time to explore Stowe and the surrounding area when you're not working.
