Not sure if you take credit cards in your office, but I found out about Square it's cool, you use it with a iphone or a droid phone without a contract or monthly fees, just a small % of the sale and they send you a free card reader to use with either phone. Started using a on-line appointments, something that is great addition to my web site and people like it it's Schedulicity, but other ones are out in the market, book fresh, appointy, web-appointments, Gen Book.
