Cathy Amenta is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork practitioner who graduated with top honors from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. She is the owner of Crestone Massage in downtown Crestone, CO. Her Skilled Modalities include: Neuromuscular Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, La Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy, Sound Therapy and Spa Treatments.
During each session clay hot packs will be used to begin the relaxation process and to loosen tight muscles. Eight Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls will be played at the end of your treatment to balance and align your chakras and re-energize your auric field.
