Practice exchange idea

I have been thinking about this for a while. I have a store at San Diego downtown area with 4 masseuse now, who have great experience and skills. They are all hardworking and needs occasional vacation. So I am willing to pay their trip expense wherever they prefer for 6 days trip. Then it occurred to everyone that it might be a good idea to visit other States if feasible.
