One of the benefits I've had of using Twitter over the past year+ has come in connections and awareness of what others are doing. Since much of requirements in massage regulation and training are supposed to be about competency, I have, over the years, become interested in how that works in areas in which return on investment (ROI) is considered to be critical.
So it caught my eye today when a noticed flowed by that the 2nd of the three part series of articles on best practices in competency management was available. I also like to share, so the we can raise the level of discussions on massage competency management.
