I am new to the Massage Bodywork World

Hi

My name is Andrea and I wanted to introduce myself. I am a Massage Therapist student ready to graduate in April. I hope to continue my education in Engery work and infant massage. I am so happy to find sometihing in my life that I love as much as God and my family. I love making people happy, relaxed and centered.

I would welcome any feedback about what's next in my career. What should I do as soon as I pass my National Certification? Where should I look for clients? and part-time work? give me ideas  PLEASE lol...

Thank you my new found family

Andrea

Thank you Mike. I love the encouragement and advise. This is what I was hoping for when I signed up Support.

Hi Andrea! Three months to go... Sounds like you have chosen a path. Infant and energy work. You are lucky at this point to have decided this much. Form friendships with Doulas, kindergardens, pre-schools. That will keep ou busy. To get in the places, offer to do free massage for the workers as an incentive program for the business to reward workers as they see fit. Yes, there is uausally free work when you start to get your foot in the door. With just three months, your foot needs to get going if you wish to be there. You can't charge any ways right now, so do the work and it will fall into place. You will be able to get tons of energy classes after school. Good luck and let me know how you are doing from time to time. If you need help, I am here. I will do what I can. You've got the spirit... just direct it!
