Making Health Care Better

I came across a NY Times article on Making Health Care Better that is worth the read. It provides a good example of using competency management to improve patient outcomes in specific areas of practice--a concept we good well adapt to the inclusion of massage therapy within health care. It also points out the process of self-reflection currently being done in multiple areas of health care.
