Massage Therapy SOAP Notes app (iPad & iPhone)

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I have created an iPad and iPhone app for tracking client and visit information in SOAP Note format. Our primary focus is Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists, so I would love to get feedback from you, the MT community, about what would make the app more useful and appealing for your practice.

HIPPA Compliant (Encrypted backups, encrypted passcode, cloud syncing protected by SSL encryption)

100% customizable “stamps” that enter common phrases and sentences with one tap

Custom client fields – enter the information that you need for every client

Keep all patient documents in one place. Attachable documents for clients (png, pdf, txt, rtf, doc, xls, numbers and pages files supported.)

Universal app! iPhone and iPad apps for one price.

Share data between devices using Dropbox, cloud syncing, or by email.

Record important client information (phone, email, address, marital status, occupation, emergency contact name/phone and insurance provider/expiration)

Password protected (must enter passcode every time the app is opened)

Backup/restore options (easily back up all data in an email or via Dropbox and restore from that email or through Dropbox)

Export client and/or visit information for easy billing and record keeping

Contact patient via email or phone directly in the app (phone calling in iPhone version only)

We're looking to provide a nice solution for smaller practices that can't afford or don't want the larger infrastructure SOAP Note solutions out there already.

I am not sure about the stamps. Do I have to create the words and phrases or are they there already and I haven't found them yet?

It is easy to use, data exchange between devices is seamless and developer support is excellent. Questions are answered quickly and the developers are always responsive to new ideas and suggestions. Since I first bought the App, it has nicely evolved and is always getting better. FYI - I have a small private massage practice, but this App could easily be used be a much busier office.
