My name is Mongkon (real name) Mike/Mickey Smelser and my Massage
license number is 823 in Biloxi and you can verify it on the Mississippi
State Board for Therapeutic Massage website.

Just letting y'all know I got my license for massage therapy reactivated
and I'm practicing again, I also teach at the massage therapy program
at Virginia College..

I provide trigger point work, as in, i can release those agonizing knots
(trigger/tender points) that are all localized around the shoulder
blade area of the back, I can also release those tense shoulder muscles,
and help rehabilitate the shoulder to get improvement on range of
motion.. The work will finally reduce the pain or even get rid of the
pain to where you can enjoy life again.

For those headaches or migraines, stop taking medicine because they do
nothing but mask the pain and hurt your liver. I can relieve the
migraines with simple NeuroMuscular Therapy (NMT) work at the base of
your skull and your neck to the point of it feeling like you took
medication, the tension will subside in the neck and also improve range
of motion. You will realize that you will fall asleep easier and deeper
from lack of pain and stiffness...

I can also perform post-isometric releases to help further the range of
motion with a streatching technique that flows with deep breathing, it
will also allow for muscle tension to release and can be performed on
the neck and any other movable joint in your body..

So if anyone has questions or feel like you tried everything and nothing
works, try me out, I'll even give a half hour as a sample and get rid
of some knots with immediate results. I have a letter of recommendation
written from a current member of the state board for massage therapy in
MS..

And in case you want to know, I price my work as flexible as possible
due to your income and if you require extensive work.. I make house
calls so that after the work you can just relax without having to worry
about driving anywhere and get in a possible accident, lol, but
seriously you will get woosie.

I assist at Dr. Lococo's office off Popps Ferry in D'Iberville. Dr.
Lococo is a chiropractor and I meet the needs of some of his patients
with the use of my NeuroMuscular Therapy, releasing trigger points so
that they can receive his treatment. I've been working with him since
October of 2009 and he is quick to promote that people also need massage
therapy which goes in hand with skeletal adjustments because of the
release of tension on the muscle also helps with the realignment of the
skeletal structure in the body.

I would like to add that I am now Alan Belcher's Personal massage
therapist and meet the demands of his high profile career in the UFC, I
just started and January 2010 and already have great rapport and results
from the sessions already performed.. I am thankful for him taking the
time to let me show my professionalism and knowledge in therapeutic
massage and bodywork so that I can make sure he is ready for his next
fight in the sense that I make sure his muscles are relieved of all its
tension... Thanks Alan and Ashlee!!!
Make sure you add their myspace, they are on my top friends list..
and also add my massage myspace page "Advanced Kneads Therapeutic
Massage and Bodywork..

I would also like to add one more thing, I am now working part time at
Derfini Spa and Salon that is part of the building at Efitness in
Biloxi, MS.. I'll be performing my duties as a massage therapist with
the fusion of a spa atmosphere and my clinical massage background, set
up an appointment there. We use environmentally safe products from
Aveda... Thanks Winnie for hiring me
