physical abuse

hello i have a question for all...i have a client who is being physically abused i have been working on her for almost close to a year at first it wasn't as bad as far as the scars but here lately they seem to worsen but by the next week they are healed a bit i see her every tuesday

what do i do because i am in a situation that if i tell i may not be able to work on her and if i don't she just keeps getting beat
