aloha nui....

As massage therapists we often are presented with clients who have LBP...

Just wondering if anyone has presented the Pelvic Clock movement from Feldnekrias as a self-care technique??

What results have you noted...??

Hey, also, check out rmbodyworkseminars.com if you are needing CEUs and planning a trip to Boulder, Colorado in April 24 and 25

Also we are planning to offer CEUs on line in future... keep an eye out...

and do let me know about the Pelvic Clock and what you have found in the movement arena for self care.

Hello Miss Victoria,

Indeed I have incorporated the pelvic clock movement as part of self care.  Along with that exercise, I incorporate spinal fulcruming with the use of a rolled up bath towel or a foam roller which provides greater density for spinal extension.  I find the release this provides for the lumbar spine and the SI joint is substantial.  The results I experienced are a great decrease in SI compression, an increase in pelvic mobility, an increase in lumbar vertebrae mobility, and decrease in muscle hypertonicity and pain.

Best regards,

- Jeff
