Level 1 Reiki enables the practitioner to use Reiki on self and others to reduce stress and increase well being. The class includes time for hands-on practice sessions so that class participants not only feel comfortable with what they have learned, but they will also feel the stress relieving affects of the Reiki.

This is a full one day class introducing Level 1 of the Usui/Tibetan Reiki healing system.  At the end of this class you will be able to administer hands on Reiki treatments to others and yourself.  Class training manual is provided at the class.

- Definition of Reiki Energy Healing
- History of Reiki
- Overview of the Chakra and Endocrine Systems
- Attunement/Initiation of First Degree Reiki
- Practice Self-Treatment & Reiki session on a partner

Class tuition is $150.00 due two weeks prior to start of class.

Eileen trained in Traditional Usui Reiki Master , Advanced Techniques and Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher.

Eileen is a 8^th Generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher,and has been a teacher and practitioner of the energy healing arts for over 22 years. Eileen studied with Gloria Coppola and received her certification  from The Garden State Center For Holistic Health in 1998. Eileen's down to earth, warm teaching style will set you at ease and have you laughing as well as learning.
