Working in Thailand was different in that you were in the culture where Thai Massage is from...It made it more solid for me, to study there. Eating Thai food, listening to the language, seeing the respect for the work, seeing the Wats and the museums and the cultural center...all of it adds a dimension that can not be given to the work in the US.
