I'm just now using my forearms and elbows to my advantage (I've been a thumb and thenar eminence person, and I've felt it!). Now that I'm doing it, it seems so obvious, but it took me a while to become comfortable. Can you really do the whole body this way? Do you miss the sensation of getting your hands on the client?

I can't begin to tell you how this has grown. No one and I mean no one works harder than Mike. I've attended hundreds of conferences and there have been good ones too.
