i find that it varies -- if Chiro feels that the muscles are just too rigid, he will have massage first -- others, they may just be experiencing stiffness due to personal activity (or lack thereof), coming off a sports event, migraines....weekend warriors... -- i am finding that many of the patients are now taking advantage of a full hour on their own time, which has been good.
