Out-call massage therapy

I'm a contractor at a medspa doing massage therapy and am thinking about going into out-call therapy instead. There are zero out-call massage therapists in my small town and I get calls now and then from people looking for a therapist to come to their home. Does anyone out there have any experience in out-call massage therapy?
