Talk to the doctors. Explain what you do and how it can help. The big topic will be getting them to understand when it isn't contraindicated and when it is depending on your modalities. Have as much research assembled as you can. It might not get you into a hospital but you can get referrals.

If a hospital in your area allows provides massage, find out who oversees it.

Good luck,

In my area, you usually have to check the hospital webpages for 'employment'.  It always helps to know somebody already in the department.  A friend of mine started her prenatal business by partnering with a hospital.  She offered free 15 minute massages to new mothers in the newborn ward.  The administration was thrilled to offer this free service as a perk to customers.  I know it was exhausting for her to build her practice this way but she says it was worth it.  I've been trying to do the same with people I see in the infusions room (I do chemo once a month).  My doctor allows me to pass out my card and do hand reflexology.  I am hoping he has the space to add me a massage room in his new office building.

I volunteer at a local hospital on the Oncology floor in my area.  Although we are only on a volunteer basis, we do get perks as free parking and food vouchers.  I went through volunteer services. So make sure to ask what kind of perks your volunteers get.  Dont get a paycheck but it is a start for when a full time slot comes available you are already in the door.
