I just completed my first semester at CCMT, with 4 to go.  I am taking classes three nights a week on Mon, Weds and Friday's after a full day (9.5-10 hrs) of work.  It is a bit exhausting to say the least and I would be delighted if I could just go to school full time for the next year (graduation in Aug, 2011).

Of course, to do this, I would need to take out a loan to pay for my living expenses.  I already have a FAFSA for my tuition.

Has anyone done this?  Any thoughts??

Thanks!

Hi Amanda,

I'm a graduate of CCMT. My course was Wed nights and all day Saturday for 1.5 years. This was easier than trying to go to class 3 nights a week. However, even with that said, it's still very exhausting to work full time and go to school. I also have kids so I had that to add to the equation.

I did not have the option of quitting the day job. But I would suggest you talk to whoever's in charge of the loans at school as well as your local bank to see what's out there.

good luck!!
