I LOVE PNF! I want to eventually do some sort of Continueing Education course on the subject but in the mean time I am doing some self research to expand my knowledge. I have a client coming in next week with LBP and would like PNF work. I know some of the basic positions for isolating but I cannot for the life of me find a good position for the Erector Spinaes. So that, I suppose, is my first and more specific question; how can I effectively isolatethe  erector spinaes? But sparks the question; does anyone know of a good website that illustrates different positions for PNF isolating? I need to buy a book but websites are free knowledge :-) Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

http://leonchaitow.com/muscle.htm         I suggest reading this book along with its DVD.  Its good.

I watch stuff on you tube, check out books from the library and google different techniques.  Lately I have been trying to find information about various muscle energy techniques.  Refresh my memory on some of the things were discussed in school.  And I do ask my family to let me practice stuff on them like I had to do for school.

I am just guessing about a position for the erectors, but maybe position client into lateral flexion???
