Pre Natal Massage Equipment

Hello Massage Community,

What do you think of the prone pre natal massage bolster systems? Has anyone used "The Sophie" or the prone position Earth Lite system? I am looking to improve my pre-natal massage set up since a few of my regular clients are preggo...just not sure about these products. Has anyone used them and does anyone know of any reasons why not to use them? I have always thougth side lying was the way to go for pre-natal but truthfully haven't done much of it until recently. If there is a safe and comfortable way for the momma's to be prone I'm all in.....your feedback would be appreciated!
