The challenges of building a new practice

Im a new practitioner in a professional building in which i am not allowed to place any signs on or around the building. This makes it very difficult for me to reach new clients. Please help if you have any ideas on how to overcome such a challenge.

Your marketing needs to be through other channels besides lawn signs. Start with getting some postcards and putting them in various places. Also, have a flyer and give one of your friend's or family's kid a few bucks to stand out and hand them out. You can also put flyers on car windshields, etc.
