I usually would:
If I haven't been getting sufficient rest it'll come up here with my body saying "I'm sleepy" --> MOVEMENT! :)
If my mind is over active --> My five minute centering ritual
If my body is sore --> more stretching
If I'll emotional for any reason --> Either socialize with coworkers or walk outside and take in some trees, birds, clouds, flowers and ambient noise to take me out of it.
