If i'm looking for articles for my bike group on the benefits of recovery massage? i really don't want to write something. and many times if they see it's from a "health" source they listen a little better. there is a race this weekend and i want to hit up their forum with an article on how to recover that INCLUDES massage.

any suggestions?

no...not yet. i'm kinda becoming anti-group lately. :)

perhaps a good fire and some red wine will change that later. :)

Hi Lisa,
That sounds like a good idea.Did you look at the sports massage group?
Hey Lisa, Check out Rosemary's "Politics" blog. She had a lot of good references on there. I bet you would be able to dig up some good info that way.
Hi Lisa.

I feel like I should be able to answer this, because I used to be pretty serious about racing bicycles and that is actually how I got exposed to massage. But, nothing is coming to mind right away.

Let me think on this a bit...

P.S. Red wine and fire makes almost anything more tolerable, don't they? :)
Thanks Christopher...i really liked the first and the last one. especially the last which was written by a cycling coach versus a massage therapist!!
