Therapists should be careful if they already have wrist pain and are practicing yoga. It is a good idea to modify poses until wrist pain subsides. Props are a great idea to take pressure off the wrist. Also, correct biomechanics in a pose is of utmost importance.

Yoga is a great cross training exercise for bodyworkers. It strengthens and stretches muscles to create more muscle balance. It also helps to focus the mind and get energy flowing throughout the body.
