I have been using my forearms to massage almost exclusively and am interested in learning Lomi Lomi. Has anyone else learned this modality and how did you modify it to fit ME's draping guidelines?

What do you all think of the new shirts? We got 20 mock ups of them, in the winter we all LOVED them, now that it is 89 – 94 out side we HATE them, they are hot and hold on to sweat and you smell it after about 4 hours. And if you do not clean them RIGHT AWAY they hold on to that smell. You have to use a lot of detergent to get the smell out.
I feel ya Darcy, we are #1 in Ga, out of 19 clinics, and we are told the same thing by our regional director ALL THE TIME! We have the highest new member numbers, the lowest turnover and we get attended 2 times a month (for they think we are “fixing” the numbers) but always get a 90+ and all are therapist have 800+ hrs of training (GA requires 500hrs), hell out of the 32 therapist we have 13 have 1000+ hrs and 4 have over 2000 hrs of training and we still are told we do sub-standard massages. You know that “retell eye” thing, we get bad ones from members telling corporate that they can’t get in to get a massage, for we were told we need to see more “prospects” and we don’t have the open times for members (we were down to 2 prospects every 4 hrs and were told we HAD to see at lest 4 every hour now). Our prospect to member numbers were at 46% and it only has to be at 28%. Now it’s down to 24% for we found that the regional director is telling the other clinics (he owns 4) to send prospects to us.
The American Massage Conference is here in Atlanta this year and 6 of ME’s big corporate guys are going to be there so we are taking a LONG list of complaints to them. 8 pages as of today.
We are number one in the nation and all we hear is how we do a sub-standard massage. Hummmm! Makes no sense to me.
Also still waiting on new shirts.
Happy sunday all , four weeks from tomorrow ... I will be in Arizona , what an honor
peace and harmony to everyone
