Lomi Lomi 2 Replies

I have been using my forearms to massage almost exclusively and am interested in learning Lomi Lomi. Has anyone else learned this modality and how did you modify it to fit ME's draping guidelines?

We have not received our shirts yet Dannie. They are on backorder. We have never had to tuck in our s**** and I doubt our owner will make us. He is pretty easy going in that regard. Now I can under stand the zipper part. On the gold shirts though there were many days mine was not button as it was just too hot. Always remember we lead by example. It is called let it begin with me!

At our clinic meeting today, they told us about the “NEW” dress code”, we have known about the new shirts for over a month now, BUT new today, and we were told this is from the “corporate office” : all shirts must be zipped up to at least (from what they showed us)the start of the neck (collar bone level). It seems that to much “skin” shows if not, and all shirts must be tucked in at all times. WELL, I had them order me a XLT, for I have a very long torso and the XXL is no longer then the XL and way to big. The XL fits just right but is not long enough to be tucked in, so the XLT. BUT they do not have XLTs and the XXL is still not long enough to tuck. SO dear ME corporate, you can kiss my @$$. If you did not like how the shirts fit you should not be making us use them. hell some of the well developed ladies I work with cant tuck in their shirts if they don’t go up 2 sizes and then they look like a 4yo putting on their dads shirt.

Jamie I also ordered men's shirts because of not only the plets in the front but also because of the zippers. The zippers on the men's shirts were just made better, and fit more comfortably.

ALL the women in the clinic I work at ordered the men’s, it was not just the plets, some of the women in my clinic are “well developed” and the way the shirts fit they showed a LOT of skin, you know what I and talking about. Now if the shirts would just get here. We have been using the “sample” ones they sent us.

we can wear black or tan, shorts or pants. i think some get to pay the $18, but out of the 30 therapist we have there are 9 of us that need the extra tall shirts and about 50% of the ladys we have are well endowed so need biger shiirts in the upper part. the "tall" shirts are $2.00 more.

Our new shirts are costing us $18 each. We are excited about the new shirts as well. Do you have to wear black bottoms or do you receive the choice? We have to wear black.

I am the lead therapist at the Mid-Town Atlanta location, I LOVE the new Shirts, just wish we did not have to pay $20 for each one we want or need.  Outside of that I do like working for them. we are better off at the location I work at then most.
