When our chakras (energy centers) are in balance, we function at a much higher rate of health and well being.  An exploration of the energy field will assist in learning about any imbalances that may contribute to problems in our lives and how we can return to a state of balance.

I've been told that here in UT, Reiki was once under the massage practice act and that some Reiki groups or organizations worked to get it removed from being considered (and regulated) like massage. However, there is currently a problem with places setting up a Reiki business (even going as far as promoting Sensual Reiki) and offering their clients services more in line with what a prostitute would. I'm a bit torn, as I can see the point of Reiki not needing to be put under the massage practice act, but without regulation or licensing or something, Reiki is gaining a very sour reputation.

I have a question for all of you. I have seen that some states are talking about legation that till make it so you have to me a Massage Therapist to practice Reiki (like some did with Reiki AKA FL), What do you think?

We are also in the process of buying our first home.  Nervous about the unexpected, for the last few nights I've been sending distance Reiki to our new home, the paperwork process in the bank and to my family and I and our finances.  Since I've been sending Reiki, our paperwork process has been going quick and smooth, our new house was appraised and it was valued at $15000 higher than what we paid, which is great.  We should be closing in a few days.  I also just got a call from a lady who wants to set up a massage appointment with me twice a week.  I'm sending distance Reiki to our future moving process.  I will keep you all posted.

I am a reiki master going on 3 years.  This morning upon hearing the news about the earthquake in Japan, I quickly started praying and sending Reiki to my friend's husband who just got stationed there.  In the middle of my distance Reiki I get a text message from my friend that Johnny is safe and is helping others.  The Power of Reiki is great.
