I am curious about what differences and similarities you find in these two modalities. Is there benefit to having both? If so, in your opinion why? Thanks

I have been practicing Reiki since 2006, but not teaching as often. On a different note, I am very interesting in learning more about EFT as well as learning and sharing with this group.

EFT works beautifully on all isssues I've encountered with my clients. EFT used separately or combined with my other healing modalities gets to the underlying issue(s) quickly, bringing almost immediate relief and healing! As Steven said...easy to teach the fundamentals to your clients for their continuing self-healing. It is a wondrous technique!!
