Hey all, just a quick note of interest. The lateral flexion in my cervical spine has been poor at best, ever since I started massage school 18 years ago. After applying AIS to it, only five times, my range of motion is now almost completely normal and has stayed that way for the last couple months. Wow, good stuff

I think you guys might get a kick out of this. Reading it brought up a couple of thoughts for me. One is that much of what we call the inevitable effects of aging may in fact be decay (from lack of use and other poor lifestyle factors), and the other is that Aaron has been saying that AIS stretches the arteries, veins, and other circulation vessels improving their structural health and function for as long as I've known him!
Happy Holidays to all!
Jason
Note: the "effects of aging" vs decay is an old concept in this circle, but this choice of words I picked up from the book Younger Next Year by Chris Crowley and Harry Lodge

lol 2 1/2 hours is quick I have worked with aaron on people over 4 hours the results I have seen and experienced since beginning this work is like none I ever experienced in my 20 years as a therapist it is interesting to incorperate this as your full time treatment protocal and changing the 1 hour treatment mind set of people is the toughest part of doing this work so in most instances I do an hour at a time the results are a bit slower since you have to revisit areas.
When I first started this work that worked out well because you can get over zealous in this work because so much can happen so fast and after you have experienced it you want to recreate it for everyone you work with just as quickly as possible
Something EVERYONE needs to remember Aaron is not doing as many classes and less time in the clinic so if you want to learn from him you need to take action now before he retires learning the techniques in the class is great but when you stand side by side with him and you work with clinical cases it starts to really drive home the power of AIS dont delay working beside him is at no charge after taking his full class
If you are doing more Spa work and want to incorperate AIS Bruce teaches a GREAT class of techniques and how to use them in a spa routine
