Thanks for sharing Mike. Along the same line, attached is a pdf file of an MRI showing the effects of auricular acupuncture. The first image is the brain with a pressure stimulus applied to the thumb. Note the areas of the brain that "light up" The second image is the same person with 3 gold acupuncture needles in the ear at the "thumb" reflex point. When people say there is no evidence for acupuncture they just have not looked very hard.
