"Hello Boris, can you help me with my own case. My left shoulder in internal Rotation 90 degrees feels pain, specially when I am doing 45
degrees MFR ESgroup. I suspect is the insertion tendon of my supraspinatus
(open can test is positive). I did a test for middle Deltoid. It doesnt
hurt. How could be supraspinatus when I am working in Abd 45 degrree. And
supraspinatus does its job in 20 degrees and then deltoid take over. I dont
know what should I do? Thanks Boris☺☻"

My answer.

It is pretty difficult to give some advice on distance. There is many different causes to produce symptoms as you described. For example Insufficiency of subscapularis ,latissmus dorsi muscles can trigger symptoms
like you described. I personally was trained and practicing not to calculate degrees
of movement in order to find which group of muscles actually troubling and especial
in cases of rotator cuff dysfunction, because in all movements almost all
muscles periodically moving, stabilizing est. I would recommend to perform soft
tissue mobilization on all region, including detection and treatment of trigger
points as well  post isometric relaxation
on all group of muscles. Very helpful (no more than 10 minutes) Ice application.
Also I recommend to view latissmus dorsi  as a rotator cuff muscles.

All  techniques that I described and much more I am teaching on self DVD #2(you can provide treatment for yourself) and on instructional DVD#4 where I am teaching how to provide it
to your clients. I hope I was helpful. Get well fast.

Best wishes.

Boris
