Me too. I keep forgetting how valuable this forum is to get advice from other professionals! I'm going to try and spend more time here. Happy New Year!

Hi Boris, I'm leaving this on your wall rather than starting a forum discussion because I know how that will go...I have some questions for you about trigger points.  I have 2 female clients, one 20 and one 23 years old.  They each have what I think is a monster of a trigger point in their right upper trapezoid on top of their shoulders.  Both of them have a burning sensation in the skin at times, which from your articles I think means there is a trigger point in the skin.  Do you have any suggestions on how to treat that?  And each of them have a really hard nodule in there - it feels like a hard pea and it doesn't move.  For each of them, pressure is very painful.  Is this the permanent change you talk about that can't be treated?  Or is it a trigger point I can treat?  Please help!  I'd like to improve this situation for them if I can.  Or at least give them some answers!  Thanks Boris!!

Boris;

I'm wanting to know what I can expect in California with billing to insurance companies. What makes it flow the smoothest. I've been in the field for 20 years but mostly in WA where all insurance billing was simple and easy. What does the insurance company want or is it easier to have the client pay me and I write them a bill for their insurance company. In WA this was not needed either. thanks
