The movement is huge! As massage therapists, we've all chosen to live our lives a little different. So, this group is to discuss and share the ways that we live green at home and in our businesses. What do you do that makes this world a "little greener"? Recycle, organic sheets, lotions, e-news, community events? Please share all information and websites so we can all make a change!

I'm feeling like I'm doing a one woman show...And for my next trick...But seriously folks, go to bracsystems.com. You know how we, as a whole, are clean freaks and wash our hands a zillion times a day, loads upon loads of sheets, etc? Well, this may make you feel a little less like a water waster! The system (home or business) takes water waste from dishes, laundry, showers, sinks and filters it into "grey water" that is used to flush the toilets. How eco-friendly can you get people?!?!? Loving this one, can I get 2? Thank you, thank you very much. I'll be here all week!

Also, go to TreeHugger.com There's some interesting things on there. You may spend some time, so be prepared!

Here's a practical one! Sprint has a phone out called Reclaim. It's made of 80% recycled products. AND $2 of every purchase goes to a "save an acre" fund! It has a "green" button that gets you info on all your planet saving needs instantly. Plus you can get it in a rocking green color. :) It's around $50 with a 2 year contract. And don't forget to mention your ABMP discounts!!! Show your green everyone!

Me again!:) Has anyone had any experience with "green" paint? As in, painting your treatment room? I have found one called Fresh Air at Home Depot, but wonder if there is something else out there to consider with references. Thanks!

I have found a new love. VERY recently I have swithched over to Aura Cacia massage creams. They are exceptionally thick and smell fabulous! They have 6 different blends. From what I have researched, the company looks like it is doing a great job keeping themselves "Green". Please let me know if anyone has had any experience with this company!

In my massage room I try to only have natural materials and elements that inspire and honor mother earth. Music that is all natural as well...you can definately feel it to the core..
