Maybe we are all working more closley together than we realize ?

Think about what is happening exactley to the true condition of the compressed tissues in the following examples of differing techniques? Is there any real difference ?

Deep stroking from one side of TP to the other . 1 or 2 seconds duration.
On, off, direct static compression again for 1 or 2 seconds duration.
(I'm thinking direction of fibers for starters)

I use a much longer static compression to release TP but if I am only going deeper with the same pressure when the muscle/fascia melts am I in reality reaching a compression force that can be called ischemic ? Will we ever be able to get a true measurement without a lab?

Thanks to Michelle/Joseph.

Yea there is a difference of effect with  different techniques.  Some are way better then others.  Regardless of what ever the presenting symptom my client may have... If I clear up trigger points, where ever they are the body...More often then not. Those presenting systems just go away.    Basically, anyone with trigger points, feels way better with out them.  Not sure if my comment fits your question...Its just my comment.   There is not one week that goes by that I dont make a major or almost major change in someones life...Basically by eliminating trigger points.  Ok, thats my comment..  lol
