Steve - I heard that in order to see it "right" I need to see it in 3D. What do you reckon? One of my clients saw it twice and sort of said the same thing you did - he said it was the most visually impressive film ever.

I only had one appointment yesterday and it was a "professional day" at the schools so my wife got off early. We took advantage of the free afternoon and went to see Avatar.

Oh. My. God.

Usually movies don't deserve their hype. Avatar deserved more than the hype it received. We had the same idea -- when we first saw Star Wars in the theater we knew that it had changed how we watched movies. After watching Avatar, we had the same impression.

Marissa--Not sure. We kind of dinked around for a couple of hours over the morning, but the photoshopping &photography parts didn't take long at all.

Sam--I had an hour and a half of yoga that whupped my butt, some housecleaning, and a client who got stuck in our driveway. Luckily, she had towing insurance and is a friend of mine.

Over a remote Scottish island a helicopter lost power and was forced to make an emergency landing. Luckily there was a small cottage nearby. The pilot walked over to it and knocked on the door. “Is there a mechanic in the area?” he asked the woman who answered the door. She scratched her head and thought for a few seconds. “No,” she finally said, pointing down the road, “but we do have a McArdle and a McKay.”

That is so wonderful!! I love when that happens! Must be the season for babies everywhere ~ hugs all around! My daughter & her hubby know two other couples in their own neighborhood who they socialize with all the time (over there, everybody seems to make friends while out walking their dogs.) Anyhow, all three of the women had their baby boys within a couple days of each other...Dylan, Augie & Max are the new kids on the block now. Must be a pregnancy zeitgeist affecting the nation...

Love those dog pix!! We're going to pick up a new puppy this afternoon...I'll have to keep The Enterprise in mind for next fall and hide the poodle photo from my ~ um ~ more creative younger daughter, heaven only knows what could be done to a cocker spaniel.

*waves hands excitedly* A friend of mine just had her baby this morning! She'd been told she could never have kids, so when she unexpectedly got pregnant, it was such a blessing. Baby girl looks happy and healthy, as does mom and the rest of the family.

I'm so happy for them. :)

Okay, folks. I posted the anatomy geek photo over on my Facebook page. Do a search for Heartfire Massage and you should find it just fine.

Steve--love the doggy Enterprise! I may have to steal that idea for a future Halloween.
