i suppose spitting is better than dripping sweat on them. no? :) i just claim to incorporate various hydrotherapies during a session and that covers any bodily fluids that might find it's way out.
hahaha ok that was just too gross for me too but it's what came to mind. sorta like brain fluid that comes out of my mouth...or in this case fingers. :)
