I never gave it any thought about making your own lotion.I would defiantly check out your video on it when you do make it,Eeris.
Thank you. Keep us informed on that.Is it time consuming and cost effective?

I was just thinking... I might make a quick video about making the lotion.

Wow I had no idea I could actually make my own lotions! Extended use of the crud at work causes me to break out in a rash. I can't wait to try my hand at making my own.

I am not going to do that on this one thou, only havve a few min here.. My faiv is Geranim/lavender/rose.. invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Hi Eeris,
I use faccionated coconut oil (unscented) as a carrier and add some lavender, orange and eucalyptus for a nice massage oil base. Can then of course customize it for clients wiht whatever they need or their preferences. Sometimes I add in some bergamot and chamomile to that signature base for a nice touch. When I do Native American Hot Stone massage and for the sweatl odges I use sage, and other lovely aromas. So much fun and as I am sure you know, so may blends. I have a bucn of blends: energy, migraine/ headache blend, stress, insomnia, emotional, 5 elements oils - Holiday- all kinds of good stuff!
Now how about YOUR favorites? ;-)

Great idea for a group here- I make my own blends for aromatherapy and some other things. This is a great way to share. Thanks for starting it, Eeris!
