I was told by another former co-worker (LMP) that Bonnie Prudden's classes are amazing. That she has pioneered her own method for myofascial release and trigger point therapy using a stretching method. Have any of you been to her classes or know much about this method? I am researching and learning a lot about trigger point therapy and am wanting to take a course on it down the road.

I bought her book "Complete Guide to Pain Free Living" and learned the grids 17 years ago before becoming a massage therapist. Now with more knowledge about meridians, it is amazing work when you tie the two massage techniques together.  Bonnie pioneered getting knowledge to mother's and encouraged exercise in every day activities.  This book since 1984 has built self esteem for many women not wanting myotherapy as a career but as a help for freedom to exercise and heal their families.  Buy her books, read and help yourself, your family and your clients.
