I have worked for Boulet Rehabilitation Services for 6 yrs, but have been practicing as an LMT for 13 years. We recently have changed the practice name to Boulet Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute. over the years we have received many phone calls.....people thinking we were a drug Rehab facility, hence ...the name change.
